An order is only valid when Nautic AB has confirmed the order by e-mail. The order confirmation is automatically generated by Nautic AB database without manual review (If you not receive an confirmation, please contact Nautic-Center AB). At any errors, for example indication of price, delivery, etc., we reserve the right to correct this.

Coverage maps for Nautical Charts and Publications
Observe that the maps depicting coverage areas of Nautical Charts and Publications shown on some of the product categories are solely approximations and should only be seen as a tool for easier orientation in the assortment. For the exact coverage area we refer to pictures and descriptions on the respective product sites, alternatively to contact with our field expert.

Legal VAT is included when ordering items from Nautic Center. The prices can only be changed after confirmation of the order by circumstances Nautic Center AB has no control of, such as currency fluctuations or amended VAT.

If the product has availability status "in stock" on the product page, the delivery time is 1-5 working days after the date on which we received the order. If the product availability status is "out of stock" it is a non-stock item, in which case the delivery time is 14 days from the date on which we received the order. Any other deviations from the normal delivery time or the information stated on the website will be communicated to you per e-mail within 5 working days from the date on which we received the order. In such cases you have the right to either cancel or modify the order.

Parcel Post
Orders less than 20 kg can be ordered with delivery Parcel Post. This means that the package will be delivered to a DHL Service Point for example; (it is a nearby shop, gas station or the like in your community). A note will be sent to you when the goods arrive to the service point. You can then pick up your order at the specified service point.

All freights within in Sweden will be charged a shipping fee of 69 SEK (An extra 59 SEK will be added for “Cash on Delivery”). For orders other than through our web shop will be charged postage according to the price list.

For shipping outside Sweden there is an extra shipping fee of 200 SEK. Deliveries outside the EU will not include Swedish VAT of 20%. Export documents and Customs declarations will be included with the package. VAT and CUSTOMS DUTY are paid by the customer when picking up the package.

All prices are included VAT. Additional costs for shipping etc. will be added as above. No other taxes or charges will be added. Standard credit check when an invoice exceeds 1000 SEK.

Refunds will be made to your bank account, personal account or bank account. The refund is made within 10 working days after we have received and accepted your return.

Returns and Right of Exchange
You have 14 days right of return or exchange when buying from our website. For returns, the total cost of the purchase excluding any potential costs related to returning the goods to Nautic-Center AB will be refunded. This requires that the product is returned in original packaging with attached plastic and packing materials, as well as being a stock item.

Observe that no right of return or right of exchange is given for goods that are perishable or produced specifically according to customer specifications! This includes paper-charts since they are perishable goods as well as digital charts since they are programmed/activated by Nautic-Center AB based on customer specifications.

Returns/Exchanges without a receipt will not be accepted!

If a claim, please contact us. We will do everything possible to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Businesses and Public Administration
Limited companies and public agencies and administrations are normally supplied by invoice every 30 days. Standard credit check when an invoice exceeds 1000 SEK.

Nautic Center AB reports all fraudulent orders, fraud and attempted fraud.

Privacy and Security
When you place an order with us you state your personal information such as social security numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers. In connection with your registration and ordering you agree that we store and use your information in our business to meet our commitment to you.Nautic-Center AB will not disclose your personal information to third parties.

Under the Privacy Act, you are entitled to get the information we have on file about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted.


Personal data processing when purchasing at Nautic Center's web shop

Nautic Center protects your personal privacy and strives to protect your personal information in the best possible way. You will feel confident when you make purchases in our web shop and when you associate us with your personal information. In connection with your registration and / or ordering of a product that is marketed via nautic-center.se, you agree that we store and use your information in our business. All processing of personal data is in accordance with the Data Protection Ordinance and such EU law legislation as Sweden is obliged to follow.

What personal information is the Nautic Center

Nautic Center processes such personal information as you provide or previously submitted to us or which we collected on our website through cookies. The personal information that Nautic Center handles is your social security number, name, e-mail address, purchase, payment and order history, payment and credit card numbers, shipping address, IP address, and phone and fax numbers.


A cookie is a text file sent from a web page, such as www.nautic.se/webshop to your computer where it is stored as a text file on your computer. We use cookies to store your basket underneath and your shipping information when you browse around in our webshop.The information is automatically deleted within an hour after you leave our webshop.

If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you will not be able to place your order via the Internet. You can easily change this setting in your browser. Please note that we do not use cookies to store personal information about you.

Transportation issues
We take the risk for the transportation, e.g. the possibility that the goods are damaged or lost during shipment from our warehouse to you. You are responsible for the goods when returning any parcel to us.

Split orders
We can in some cases split your order, for example if any of the items you ordered have a considerable longer delivery time than other items. The customer only pays for the first shipping in the event of split delivery.

Unclaimed orders
We will charge you 250 SEK in case you don’t pick up your package. Any return is paid by the customer.

Parcel tracking
You can track your package when it’s sent by Corporate Package (DHL). Contact us to get your tracking number.
