A2004 is a network-connected autopilot screen and controller.
The unit is used as a control unit in autopilot systems, for example one
Simrad AC70 or an SG05 autopilot computer. A bow thruster can
included in the A2004 system when connected via an AD80 or SD80.
The A2004 systems comprise several modules that need to be mounted on
different places on the ship and which must cooperate with at least three
different systems on the boat:
• The boat's control system
• The boat's electrical system (input power)
• Other equipment on board
All parts of the autopilot system must be installed and configured
according to the accompanying documentation before using
autopilot
